When I pressed in the reset button on the back of the router, the router rebooted automatically, but QoS was still enabled. So I turned it off manually, did another factory reset, reconfigured the router again, but Im still getting the same results. I did a proper factory reset this time. I didnt hold the button in long enough. The light is white gigabit and I reconfigured the router manually, no QoS for sure this time, and here are my results.

Special purpose routers. This is often due to poor wi-fi or congestion from other networks. This will stop you from getting the full potential of your broadband service. For instance, you might experience buffering when watching videos online due to poor wi-fi, even if your broadband connection is able to support it. I am one of the lucky ones living in a cabled area and signed up for mbps. I am less lucky though in that, whilst it may be possible in theory to get this kind of service, in practice it is often in the mbps range and sometimes even achieving 0mbps.
